Yes, minutes are posted in the First Residential portal by our management company. You will see the minutes from the June meeting since they were approved in the Sept meeting. The Sept meeting minutes will be visible after the next meeting in December.

I received the notice today and would like to share my thoughts within this week. I’m planning to keep the portable basketball hoop this summer. with it being summer, the kids are actively using it to play.
